CHIFLY.COM Returns Policy:
To return unwanted merchandise or to exchange items/sizes, we try to keep it fairly simple, just like we do at our retail store.
Returns: Money back within 15 days
Exchanges: Within 30 days
If you receive something that you ordered and you do not want to keep said item(s) for whatever reason, we will refund your money for returned merchandise for 15 days from when you receive your order. Just notify us by phone at 866-922-8130 or via email at email@example.com (you can hit the reply key on original confirmation email) We allow exchanges for full credit within 30 days of original receipt.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be new/unused condition in original packaging with all original tags etc. Merchandise that has been used, fished, worn or otherwise can not be resold as new will not be issued a refund nor exchanged and will be sent back to you.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will promptly exchange if that is the case, or a credit will be issued back to the card used for original purchase minus/less original shipping costs.
***If we paid outbound shipping on the original order, we will deduct actual shipping expenses that we incurred and provide you with a copy of actual shipping costs/receipt***
Actual shipping costs will be charged to your card on exchanges. We will need to get your credit card number, expiration date and security code as all credit card info entered on our site is encrypted and we do not have access to it ever.
If merchandise is defective/damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will quickly resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Our goal is a happy customer and our staff will resolve the matter in person.
