Introduction To Fly Tying
Jan 3rd,10th & 17th Wednesday Evening 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Each of the 3 nights, will focus on a particular type of fly : dry flies, nymphs and streamers.While working through and tying just a few patterns from each category of fly, this class will introduce you to techniques and subtleties that will allow you to tie and create patterns of your own.
Aside from tying, we'll discuss basic aquatic entomology, tying materials, tools and share the more creative and indoor-friendly side of this sport.
All hooks and materials are provided. Loaner vises are also available but limited. Students are asked to bring basic tools. Classes are limited to eight students so call to reserve your spot today!
