We know you want your stuff fast – so orders received by noon typically ship out the same day.
We use UPS Ground or US Postal for most orders and when available, will forward tracking numbers and shipping confirmation promptly after processing.
Our inventory updates every 15 minutes on our on-line shop. If it says “buy now” chances are that we have the item in stock.
** As hard as we try to maintain accurate inventory counts, we sometimes make mistakes or sometimes things get swiped….
If a product that you have ordered is un-available, we will try to contact you as soon as possible and let you know.
Many times we can offer alternatives or arrange for quick re orders and/or drop ships (not available with all vendors) but we try
to fix any shortages the same day to your satisfaction.
