The Wincutter II is manufactured with the tip one size lighter and the belly one size heavier than normal size. The extra weight behind the belly gives good power into the loop, while the thinner tip cuts through the wind. The first 30 feet conform to the AFTMA standard for that size line. The tip floats extremely high due to Rio's proprietary SFT - Super Floatation Technology- while the entire line is made with AgentX and XS (Extreme Slickness Technology)
