I have the Sage Click III reel on a 5 wt Sage rod and there is nothing better for fishing the Montana Big Horn river in the winter. It works so well even in icing conditions and has only frozen up once and that year the temps were down to eleven below when we started fishing the river. (Kept having to dip it into the river to thaw it out), It warmed slightly through the day and the reel worked fine. This year, (Dec. 2012) temps were 14 above when we fished the Big Horn, so everything worked fine. When it comes to catching big Browns, the Sage works superbly and trouble free.
