Two Day Fly Fishing School In Wisconsin
Saturday and Sunday, June 10th - 11th
This two day class takes place on a living, beautiful spring creek, an incredible classroom!
Our staff is passionate about fly fishing and has two full days to teach and share.
The "instruction" encompasses the following areas of concentration and will be presented by our expert instructors:
* Casting and on-stream presentation techniques
* Knot tying basics
* Collection of aquatic insects and an entomology overview all designed to help students understand fly selection and how "bugs" play into the game
* Basic equipment selection and use
* Understanding of stream hydrology, fish biology and habitat
* Application of learned techniques with "guided" fishing demos
All necessary equipment(rods,reels, flies and leaders) and instructional materials are provided. Lunch and beverages will be served each day. Students will need to arrange for their own transportation, lodging and Wisconsin fishing license.
"Please extend my thanks to Jon, Will and Phil on an EXCELLENT job with the class. Although I have been fly fishing for 5 years, you guys kept it interesting and it is always good to brush up on the fundamentals."

"Just wanted to extend a thank you to Will, Jon, and Phil for your excellent instruction and patience during the fly fishing school. I genuinely had a good time - with a bit of frustration for not mastering the cast in a weekend - but that's something to look forward to.
Take care and good fishing!"

"What a great course! You did such a nice job and definitely opened my eyes as to why my family/friends enjoy this sport so much. I can tell why it gets compared to golf in a way and hope I can get out to the "real" waters soon this summer.
"Thanks for a tremendous weekend. I cannot compliment Jon, Will and Phil enough. Truly great ambassadors and instructors... The boys definitely have the bug and I will be sure to keep encouraging them. All the best!"
