In Mike's words: "Mike Geary guide, lodge owner and interpreter of Western Streams and Rivers. I have taken over 5,000 people fishing and no one has accused me of guiding them yet but I have had a wonderful time. We are the largest outfitter on the Smith River. The Smith is 60 miles and five days of floating with four nights of camping on the most exclusive river in the state. In every true fisherman's heart there is a river like the Smith where you can leave the maddening crowd behind. Last year we purchased Healing Waters Lodge in Twin Bridges, Montana allowing us access to the Beaverhead, Ruby, Big Hole, Madison and Jefferson Rivers. The lodge was a going concern before we walked through the door and it continues to thrive because of a great staff, a valley full of fish and guides that live with panache and verve. The Ruby Valley and the surrounding area is where God goes to fish on a day off."
